# AI Specifications & Documentation

This folder (`ai_specs`) serves as a central hub for all technical documentation, product requirements, and system specifications to guide AI coding assistants. It is structured into logical subdirectories based on standard software engineering practices.

## Directory Structure Overview:

### `00_SYSTEM_INSTRUCTIONS/`
Contains core instructions for AI operations within this environment.
- **`AI_DOCKER_INSTRUCTIONS.md`**: Critical rules for AI on how to interact with the Dockerized environment (PHP, MySQL, container verification, and password handling).
- **`CODEX_PROMPTS.md`**: Prompts and custom instructions used for generation.
- **`AURORA_DEMO_PORTING_PLAYBOOK.md`**: How to port the React demo (`../Navagoo_MI`) into the portal's Tailwind "aurora" theme — run-the-demo-first process, where the demo is + how to run it, reusable portal endpoints, the wave template, gotchas, and the port-status tracker. **Read before porting any demo screen.**
- **`SKILLS_INDEX.md`**: Which agent skills to use on this project (~1,588 installed from antigravity-awesome-skills under `~/.claude/skills/`) — curated shortlist + how to invoke (`/<name>`) + update.

### `01_REQUIREMENTS/`
- **`PRD.md`**: Product Requirements Document detailing the what and why of the project.
- **`SOCIAL_MEDIA_MANAGEMENT_BRD.md`**: Authoritative BRD for the Social Media (Upload-Post) feature.

### `02_ARCHITECTURE/`
- **`BACKEND_SPEC.md`**: Backend architecture, services, logic, and patterns.
- **`FRONTEND_SPEC.md`**: Frontend architecture, components, and views.
- **`DATABASE_SCHEMA.md`**: Database models and relationships.

### `03_API/`
- **`API_CONTRACTS.md`**: API endpoints, request/response formats.
- **`postman_collection/`**: Directory for Postman or OpenAPI collections for easy testing and import.

### `04_UI_UX/`
- **`UX_UI_UPGRADE_SPEC.md`**: Design system and UI standardization specs.
- **`DESIGN_SYSTEM_ROLLOUT.md`**: Aurora design-system rollout notes.

### `05_PLANS/`
- **`IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md`**: Step-by-step development plans.
- **`WORKSPACE_TABS_AND_RESIZABLE_PANELS_SPEC.md`**: Specific feature documentation.
- **`HANDOVER.md`**: Running handover log (update after each execution).
- **`NVG_BEA_001_WORKLOG.md`**: Booking-engine-aurora worklog.

### `06_MIGRATION/`
- **`IMPORT_EXPORT_SPEC.md`**: Data migration and import/export flows.

### `07_DEMO_PARITY/`
Demo↔portal parity analysis — one folder per area, each with `business.md` / `logic.md`
/ `ui.md` / `parity.md` (+ `README.md` scorecard). The reference for porting demo
features into the portal (used with [`00_SYSTEM_INSTRUCTIONS/AURORA_DEMO_PORTING_PLAYBOOK.md`]).
